Wow, what a show we had today! A great audience, and a relatively new player that caught one of the most impressive runs Who Wants to be King of the Pride Lands has ever seen! Sit back and relax (if you can, I’m still shaking) and let’s see what was won today: Tim: Welcome to Week 10 of Who Wants to be King of the Pride Lands! Nothing like a bit of controversy to start out the day, and the resolution has already been posted earlier in the thread. I had to make an executive decision on the spot as this hasn’t happened before in 2 seasons and well over 150 fastest finger questions on the show, and I had to go with what was on my computer. So Nathalie was first, and she breezed through the early part of the game and soon found herself looking at the $16,000 question: $16,000 A: MSNBC Nathalie: :s Ahh, not so sure? You still have your 50:50 and your phone a friend. These stations are all from the United States, so maybe someone there might know the answer… Nathalie: euhm, I think CNN, 'cause we have that in Belgium, so it must be a big station, lol So CNN, confident? Well cub Nala and Adult Nala would count as one character, and it doesn’t necessarily mean they have to be named in the movie, that they are just credited with a name. Hope I didn’t confuse you! Well another $1,000 winner, but remember this show is not based on Who Wants to be a Thousandaire, it’s Millionaire, and we someone to win some serious cash! Another strange event occurred in the last game: Hope & Pride from Israel won the round, but his computer crashed just before I gave the correct order! We waited around for a few and sure enough he made a triumphant return to the studio, and was ready and willing to go the distance! This was only his second time in the hot seat, having not fared too well in winning only $1,000 in his only appearance. Welcome back Hope & Pride, hope your computer is functioning now and let’s play! hope_pride: wait, who got the answer first? You did! You won! <audience laughs> hope_pride: ooh Well I think Hope & Pride is glad he made it back because he went on an absolute rampage! He did stop to smell the roses on the $16,000 question though. Randy Reighard: this is so awesome Yes, when Amanda won the $1,000,000 last year it was only her second time in the hot seat, and this is Hope & Pride’s second appearance as well. You’re out of lifelines, and if you decide to walk yow you would hold a commanding lead on the rest of the competition, because the first to reach $1,000,000 in career earnings is deemed the champion.
