Hey everybody! Welcome to the week 13 review of Who Wants to be King of the Pride Lands, and the general consensus was that this was one of the most exciting, nerve-wracking games EVER played, and with that I would have to agree. We nearly crowned a champion yet again today, but I’ll let you watch the proceedings and decide for yourself, what would you do if you were in the Hot Seat? Roll that tape! <cut to contestant intros> We’re here once again with six people that have joined us from all over the world, and they are: <applause throughout> Hope & Pride, Israel <cut> Audra won the first fastest finger question by placing TLKoB props in the correct order and off we went! $32,000 A: Samba <pause> Sure about this? If you’re wrong you drop all the way back down to $1,000… Audra: Um I guess I'll poll the herd Ok herd, Audra’s chosen to play it safe. Please PM me your vote right now. A: 0% B: 0% C: 0% D: 100% <audience laughs> Well we’ve seen this happen before when a contestant gives an answer before using the Phone-A-Friend everyone just seems to go along with it, but now the question is do they know for sure??? Audra: I should of just went with what I thought! XD And your final answer is? Audra: D <lock-in D: Lambada> <D: Lambada> Adam Neale: yay After smartly using the 50:50 on the next question about how many male “hyena” breakout dancers there are in the “Be Prepared” scene of TLKOB, Audra was soon staring down the $125,000 question! $125,000 A: Snake in the Grass This Land Neale: cmon tim this is mean Audra: I have the set but I don't want to cheat... XD Yes, thank you for being honest about that! So let’s explore your options, you can phone a friend or use the double dip here. Audra: Um I don't know who would know this heh <long pause> Audra: I call hope and pride Ok, Tal are you there? hope_pride: yeah You guys will have 30 seconds to discuss this question, for $125,000 your time starts right now! hope_pride: a snake in the grass Wow even I’m impressed! Audra he seemed pretty sure of himself, what do you think? Audra: I'll go with A then Trusting Hope & Pride… Audra: Yes Final answer? Audra: Yes Lock in <A: Snake in the Grass>….. <drumroll> <A: Snake in the Grass> <thunderous applause> Audra: Yay! Audra! Do you realize what can happen??? You have $490,000 in career earnings. If you reach the $500,000 mark you will be at $990,000 and virtually a lock to become the new Queen of the Pride Lands. First things first though, let’s look at the $250,000! $250,000 A: Gene Miller <very long pause> The only lifeline you have is your Double Dip, Audra. If you can narrow it down to two answers you’re in good shape, but if you can’t… Audra: I can narrow it to 3 =/ Oh my… so we’ll see what kind of a gambler you are! Remember if you use your Double Dip it’s an all-or-nothing situation and you lose $93,000 if you’re wrong! Tough decision. I’ll give you a little extra time do decide, 30 more seconds.

This is the most important question in this season of Who Wants to be King of the Pride Lands. Should you get this Half-Million dollar question correct, you will be only $10,000 away from the million which you should be able to get on your next show. If you decide to go for it and get the question wrong, you will lose an astounding $218,000 and drop all the way back to $32,000. Of course you can walk away with your $250,000 and take over 1st place on the leaderboard. Audra: got it XD We all are… for you. You are perhaps the most deserving, you’re here week in and week out and have been supporting Who Wants to be King of the Pride Lands since the beginning, and I would be thrilled to have you win. It all comes down to this. Audra, here is your $500,000 question. <audience falls to a hush, think music booms in background> $500,000 A: “Best Animated Character Performance” Audra: How much would I have if I lost? Only $32,000. All your hard work so far this game will be reduced to almost nothing, and we would hate for that to happen. <very long pause> Audra, unfortunately you’re running short on time and I’ll have to ask for either your decision or to use your time extension Audra: Time This Land Neale: the time is 10:33 here Audra has just called for her time extension… That gives you a total of 45 seconds now Audra, take your time. This is a very important moment for you, think it through. Audra: I think I know but I don't know if I want to risk it What was your first instinct? Audra: C C, Best Home Entertainment Production. Pretty confident? Audra: I'll go with C WOW she’s going to go for it?!?!? Audience this could be it, if she does go it’s either $500,000 or $32,000… wow what a huge moment this is… Audra are you sure you want to do this??? It’s so much money… Ciara _: >.<.. All you have to do, Audra, is type in the words “final answer” and I’ll lock it in for you. You have to say it for yourself this time. Audra: Hmm =/ <another long pause> Audra: Well I just don't think it would be the others... Audra: I'll walk I think... It's so risky I certainly feel your pain. I don’t know what I would do myself in your situation… I’ll let you think it over one last time. <pause, Audra closes her eyes deep in thought> Audra: I'll walk Final decision my friend? Audra: YeahYes hope_pride: scary What a game. First of all, let’s give Audra from San Jose a TREMENDOUS round of applause for her performance today! <roaring applause and standing ovation> This Land Neale: oh yes ^^ Now let’s take a look… I’m almost afraid to see it… Audra: Was it C? <C: “Best Home Entertainment Production”> Audra: Ugh Well that was the deciding moment, EVER SO CLOSE. All she had to do was type in “final answer” but I really don’t blame her from walking away at that point, it was just too much to risk. You could see Audra was weighing out the odds and she just wasn’t sure enough. But that brings her up to $740,000 and first place on the leaderboard. Who could top that act? Let’s move on to the next Fastest Finger. Fastest Finger Put the following scenes from TLK in the order they occur, starting with the earliest: A: Simba scratches Shenzi This Land Neale: cbac Correct Order: Technically Simba pulls Nala into the lagoon but I think everyone got the picture. A, B, C, D right down the line and Zazu and Hyena Fan, Stevie, got it! Congrats Stevie, you’re next up. Stevie has also been playing extremely well as of late and has racked up $347,000 in career earning, good enough for 3rd place overall. How much would she add to it? $4,000 A: Scar Zazu and Hyena fan: a A, Scar. Pretty sure about that one? Zazu and Hyena fan: Yeah. Wanna make it your final answer? Zazu and Hyena fan: Yes. <lock-in A: Scar> <A: Scar> Oh no Stevie! This Land Neale: ouch That was a bit tricky. Let’s see the correct answer: <C: Hyenas> Darn. Not the way we wanted that to go at all! But at least you added a little to your total, you’re up to $348,000 now, and we all know you’ll be back. Better luck next time Stevie! <applause, cut> That was a very tricky question, because Nala does actually mention Scar but she says the he “let the hyenas take over the Pride Lands” which made C the right answer there. Tough break! This could be very interesting as Hope & Pride is going to try reclaim the lead here since Audra stole it away earlier in the show. He could also win by reaching $500,000 in this game, but let’s take it one question at a time. Hope & Pride, if you’re ready, here’s your $1,000 question! $1,000 A: Stomachache hope_pride: omg lol Huh? Oh boy… well you have three lifelines, and
you won’t be the first to use one on the $1,000 question! I
wouldn’t want you to be the first to bust out with no money,
however. Better use a lifeline. <long pause> hope_pride: how much time 15 more seconds, you can use the time extension though
it’s only the first question <C: Hernia> Don’t scare me like that! hope_pride: scared myself That might have been the longest anyone’s ever taken on the first question, but gladly it was much smoother sailing after that, all the way to the $32,000 question, then the smoothness came to a grinding halt. $32,000 A: “Cheetah” and “Zebra” hope_pride: oh no <hope_pride has been disconnected> Uh oh! Tal has lost us. We’ll wait for a few minutes for him to return… hopefully he will or I’ll have to keep his $16,000 that he’s won already!
