for her: She was currently in 5th place with $126,000 in prize money.
If she walked away she would be well into the lead with $626,000,
over $150,000 ahead of Audra, but if she should miss she would lose
$468,000 and <gasp> drop down to $32,000. Did we crown our new

feat, it would be Audra! And she got off to one of the best starts
ever, making it all the way to the $125,000 question without using
ANY of her lifelines.

which ate up her 50:50 and Phone-A-Friend, but she still had two lifelines

Whew, what a fantastic season it was from start to finish, with Anna
(Kanu TGL) from Helsingborg, Sweden taking the championship. She kind
of hung around a lot of the season, attending games when she could
and sometimes having trouble with the Fastest Finger, but when she
made it into the Hot Seat she definitely made it count with a $125,000
win as well as two $500,000 wins in the past two weeks that put her
over the top.
The competition was fierce this season and her win was very well-deserved
– she’s a wonderful person, very active in the TLK community
and also doing a fandub which is great practice for the show of course!
So Anna, here’s your check for $1,127,000 which after the current
exchange rate for the American dollar, should be worth a couple Euros
or maybe even a few Pounds…

a blast doing this for three seasons and getting to know all of you
through Lea and especially this game has been worth every minute of
it. It’s a rare occurrence when I get to blend two of my favorite
things in the world – The Lion King fandom and game shows into
something of my own creation that helps bring people together and
preserve the greatness of TLK, and all of you help make that happen!
